Valmore Consulting is a 100% Saskatchewan owned and operated company with two locations in Regina and Prince Alberta. Under the lead of respected educator, business consultant and President/Principal Consultant, Shari Hildred established Valmore Consulting in 2012 to offer customized service to clients with a clear focus on planning to the vision of the client. To better serve a larger geographical area in Saskatchewan, in 2021 Valmore Consulting expanded with a second location in Prince Albert.

Since that time, Valmore Consulting has amassed a team of incredible professional consultants that collectively provide extensive background and practical experience spanning a breadth that includes federal, provincial, municipal government sectors, and well as private and non-profit organizations; and a depth of sectors including education, health, regulatory bodies, arts, culture, heritage, sport, tourism, municipal development, community associations and pan-Canadian organizations.

Areas of specialty including executive management, facilitation, strategic planning, leadership development and training, governance framework development, business relationship development, project management, policy development as well as executive administration, research and development.

As a facilitator, professional development trainer and instructor with the University of Regina, Shari draws on expertise gained through 20 years of management and project experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Shari's background includes senior cultural and executive management experience within the Saskatchewan provincial government, private business ownership and the cultural, heritage and arts sectors where she focused on business analysis, financial management and project management in a variety of disciplines including: project management, finance, risk management, policy development, strategic planning, governance framework, operations, human resources, administration, information technology and facilities management.

Shari has a proven track record of highly successful course, workshop, and training development and delivery with the University of Regina and Colleges throughout Saskatchewan, including customized course development and delivery for: Government of Saskatchewan's Public Services Commission; Ministries of Health, Economy, Finance, Labour Relations and Work Place Safety and Advanced Education; Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists; SaskPower; City of Regina; University of Regina International and Student Affairs Operations; RCMP; Community Resource Unit of the Faculty of Arts; as well as numerous non-profit organizations in the sport, culture, heritage, arts, recreation and human justice sectors.

Providing a range of customized professional, consultation and management services, Shari's expertise includes facilitation of strategic planning, governance framework development, project management, organizational management, business planning, business performance management, professional leadership and professional management. Shari is committed to working with businesses to establish processes, increase productivity and achieve organizational maturity.

Shari was certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2007, studied Cultural Resource Management at the University of Victoria and completed the Art of the Executive Leader training at the Banff Centre for the Arts as well as Public Policy at the Jonhson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Regina. As a professional consultant, Shari applies management methodology across various industries demonstrating the value of both project and business management regardless of the sector, and continues to research and document knowledge acquired from her work.
